Putting a Relationship  to an  End is always painful, irrespective of what must have happened. It Could be that you and your Partner Must have made plans for the upcoming holidays and all for you to find out that you wont be able to continue in the relationship and seeing each other wont be possible again. Everything that you and your partner have shared and done together all the loving memories and all your dreams will just disappear. All your plans and loving memories and good times will just fade away how painful. instead of the one whom you love rather there is a Heart filled up with pain and sorrow. you  have this feeling that your world has torn apart and that you do not have the capacity to survive. but you keep in mind that it was something you needed to pass through which is something that will make you feel vigorous . Remembering such a bad moment will only make you feel bad, downhearted and all alone which  will make to think  of going back to your ex, but if he deserves it do not hesitate to go back . But if you think you deserve something better, Follow the tips below so that you can be able to pass through such situation which will you look like a Beauty Queen.  As the saying goes that “a broken relationship is like a broken mirror. which  is better to leave it broken instead of hurting yourself trying to fix it.”

Taking in too much of alcohol, food and other stuffs. You would not want to make the situation worst, or addin size due to excessive eating well the best way to get through the break up is by avoiding too  much of them,  which helps a lot.


Eat food that are healthy. Healthy  food is very good for the body  so eating healthy food will  help you reduce the stress tension and ease your grief


Excercise. Do  not hesitate to have some exercises cos it helps you a lot it  help you forget about your  troubles so try do do exercises at least 35 minutes each day

Sleep. You  need to have a good time sleep, so it's good you work through out the day so that in the night you will not be thinking of your EX instead of sleeping,  having enough sleep will make  you look good and upright

Breaking up. Look at breaking up your relationship as something good and for the better. try to check out new stuffs, put  your interest somewhere else other than thinking about your ex


Socialize. try your best to mingle  around with your friends, mingle around with the ones that will have  a positive impact  on you,  like encourage you, make you smile and give you a good advice




Time. Well time matters a lot just allow time to past and gradually you will  forget about your Ex as each day passes you forget about your ex so you see why time is vital

Bad habit. Remember all the bad habits about you ex and also how he treated you badly  and get rid of everytin about like his photos his mobile number an so on..


FeelingS. You feel that you don't have feelings anymore because of your ex well its normal to feel that way, but you don't have to dwell on your past just move on...
