Curry leaves:
Curry leaves serve as antioxidant properties they also have the capacity to control gastrointestinal like; indigestion, pepetic ulcers, dysentry, excessive acid and diabetes. Curry is also a flavouring ingredient used in preparation of meal wich has a lot of health importance , it LSO have a very go aroma .
So I would advice you to chew at least four to five leaves daily for 4-5months.
Mango Leaves
Mango leaves play the part of regulating insulin level in the blood,
Leave at least 15-20 fresh mango leaves in a glass of water for 12hours.
Then in the morning remove the mango leaves and drink it make sure your stomach is empty, so don't eat before you drink it.
Guava Fruit
Guava is a good fighter against diabetes, it contains nutrients that fight against diabetes like high fibre content and vitamin C.
Aloe Vera
aloe vera contains a compound that helps in preventing bacteria like phystoserols.
You can use aloe vera to fight against diabetes by mixing half spoon of tumeric and ground bay leave and one full spoon of aloe vera gel.
Take it twice daily before eating morning and night meal.
