 Certain people still don’t believe the fact that the food we eat daily do have its own size effect to the human body.When dealing with the different classes of food  that we eat daily, Most people today just feel like they can eat what they like when they feel like and they don’t care either a specific meal is good for day, noon or Night. Most people just think food is food but food is not food in the normal sense because these meals we eat daily have effects to our body and men must be careful about it because too much of carbohydrate has a deadly effect to manhood depends on how often of intake.Lets see the 8 foods that can be dangerous to you.


1. Rice

Rice is the seed of the grass species Oryza sativa and this falls under the class of food that contains a minimum sugar of 5% but we do we this food almost everyday not knowing that it has a side effect so whenever we eat this food too often we should take certain meds or add other proteinious class of foods like beans just to make it suitable for the body


2. Garri

Garri (also known as garri,or garry, ) is a popular West African food made from cassava tubers. The spelling ‘garri’ is mainly used in Cameroon, Sierra Leone, Benin, Togo and ‘gari’ in Ghana. Garri also falls under the class of food contained with alot of suger, All foods under carbohydrate contains at least a minimum of 5% sugar and this has a very delicate effect to the manhood

3. Yam

Yam (vegetable), common name for members of Dioscorea. Specifically its orange-fleshed cultivars, often marketed as yams in North America and as kumara in New Zealand. It also contains alot of sugar which can be very dangerous to the manhood if eaten too much with no vitamin added to the body

4. Banana

A banana is an edible fruit, botanically a berry,produced by several kinds of large herbaceous flowering plants in the genus Musa.(In some countries, bananas used for cooking may be called plantains.) The fruit is variable in size, color and firmness, but is usually elongated and curved, with soft flesh rich in starch covered with a rind which may be green, yellow, red, purple, or brown when ripe.Banana is good for the body but if eaten to a certain level it would end up making u pee for several times whereas adds more sugar to the body and can be dangerous to the body.

5. Mango

The mango is a juicy stone fruit belonging to the genus Mangifera, consisting of numerous tropical fruiting trees, cultivated mostly for edible fruit. The majority of these species are found in nature as wild mangoes. They all belong to the flowering plant family Anacardiaceae.When u eat mangoes, be careful to difference between the ripe and the unripe ones because unripe mangoes has a side effect to manhood when it digests.


6. Sugar

Sugar is the generalized name for sweet, short-chain, soluble carbohydrates, many of which are used in food. They are carbohydrates, composed of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. There are various types of sugar derived from different sources. Simple sugars are called monosaccharides and include glucose (also known as dextrose), fructose and galactose. As we all know that sugar is sweet and at the same time kills not only the manhood but also other responsive part of the body.

7. Pizza

Pizza is an oven-baked flat bread generally topped with tomato sauce and cheese. It is commonly supplemented with a selection of meats, vegetables and condiments. The term was first recorded in the 10th century, in a Latin manuscript from Gaeta in Central Italy.Pizza doesn’t contain much sugar but be careful how u eat pizza, just eat a little and u will be good. Anything too much is bad.

8. Spaghetti

Spaghetti is a long, thin, cylindrical, solid pasta. Like other pasta, spaghetti is made of milled wheat and water. Italian spaghetti is made from durum wheat semolina, but elsewhere it may be made with other kinds of flour.
