An uncompleted building collapsed at Agungi-Lekki very early this
morning. It is not known if there were people inside the building when
it collapsed but a NWP source at the scene said they heard workers
saying they left one of their colleagues in the building and haven't
seen him yet. Will bring an update later. More photos after the cut...
