The Delta state Election Petition Tribunal has upheld the April 11th
election of the state governor, Ifeanyi Okowa and dismissed the petition
of APC candidate during the election, Otega Emerhor. Earlier on, the
tribunal had thrown out the petition of Labour party candidate, Great
Ogboru and asked the Labour party to pay N50,000 each to the governor,
PDP and INEC.
