Waking up on Time:

Majority if us set our alarm few minutes to let me say 7:13am well that's explanatory because work and also schools begin by 8:00am so you have about 30minutes to get prepared everyday.

But this is where the problem fall in but how well if you set your time by 7:13am it means that you have to very fast in preparing everything you need Don't you think it would be more wise if you set your time few minutes backward you may likely not like the fact of depriving yourself 20-25 minutes Of your sleep in order for you to prepare on time so that you can have at least have few minutes of your time before you leave for work or school which is its f good importance because it makes you look more energized and less frightened
So rest for a while before going to work

Environment:

Analyst have found that colors like red make you excited and cool while colors that are mute like blue, grey, green make you relax yourself if you are around such colors it can make you calm 
So since colors enters the eye which sends information to the brain through the nerve that regulates our emotion

When ever you are stressed up you have to starting singing because the sounds reverberates through the body, which makes your mind relaxed irrespective of the type of music.

A hobby is needed:
If you don't know how to sing then find an alternative the work of stress that is it brings up much thought on your mind which knocks your head and makes you overwhelmed
The best way to overcome stress is to focus on one thought which stops the stress spiral for example a tailor focuses on the dress he makes and also the machine he is using to sow them which is making the tailor focused on one thought which help the tailor to be relaxed

Tight your muscles and release:

This idea was formulated in the year 1930 and has been recommended ever since then.
In order to relax you have to create a grip on your muscles and then release it to bring about relief. Physically, if your body is relaxed your mind will also be relaxed
To begin with find yourself a comfortable place to relax and also the clothing should be loosen meaning you should wear a loosed clothing
Clench the muscled and start from your head I mean forehead , then your eyes, lips, your hands, arms, your shoulder, your back, stomach , your hips ,thighs ,your feet and finally your toes if any should still feel griped just clench it again and release it 3 or 4 times .
